Broom Stick Chase

There was once a lady that was chasing her husband with a broom stick. The husband ran way and hid under the couch where the broom could not reach. The wife screamed on him ‘Come out’, he replied ‘No way, I’ll show you who is boss’.

Hashem is chasing us with trials and tribulations.  Instead of subjugating ourselves to Hashem, we cower in the corner, and say ‘No Way, I’m my own boss’.
