The Rema is revealing to us how to be able to fulfill all the laws of the Shulchan Oruch. The more a person is attached to Hashem the more Hashem helps him keep every detail. A person’s main effort is to be always attached to Hashem.

Help to do Teshuva

נושא עון ופשע וחטאה ונקה

Until we get to do properly Teshuva Hashem carries our sins they should not weigh us down and hamper our Tesheva. Because while a person is entangled with sins it’s very hard to do Teshuva.

The only path

We beg Hashem to open our mouths in prayer to Him, because only through prayer we can get close to Hashem.

The word ‘פנים’ is referring to Hashem’s compassion. We say that we know that everything Hashem does is only good. But, we beg Hashem not to hide His compassion but to reveal it to us.

When a person lacks in Emuna and he’s afraid of something beside Hashem, Hashem removes His protection in that area, and the person’s fears are fulfilled. But if a person turns to Hashem and trusts in Him, Hashem provides him all his needs.
