What is embarrassing?

לֹא עַתָּה יֵבוֹשׁ יַעֲקֹב וְלֹא עַתָּה פָּנָיו יֶחֱוָרוּ… וְיָדְעוּ תֹעֵי רוּחַ בִּינָה וְרוֹגְנִים יִלְמְדוּ לֶקַח

The Novi writes that the biggest embarrassment is when we complain about our lot.

Chocolate Coins

As Chanukah was over, we gave the rest of the box of chocolate coins to our three years old to devour. For a while he was sitting happily taking off the golden wrapper and eating up the chocolate. But after a while he complained: “This is too hard for me; I’m not good at this!”
Similarly, we too many times complain about the greatest gifts Hashem gives us such as our spouses, children or challenges.

Emuna Crisis

People proclaim that there are various predicaments in our society. We suffer from Parnassa crisis, Shiduch crisis, Chinuch crisis, Off the derech crisis and many more. But in truth the only thing we suffer from is from Emuna crisis. If we would have true Emuna we would rely on Hashem to take care of all our needs and we would concentrate on how to serve Him.
