Good Business

April 14, 2011

This time period between jobs enables me to do good business with unusual commodities. For example, passing along a job opportunity when the Yetzer wants to convince me that it will hurt my own chances, or not getting a home internet connection even though it will greatly simplify things. I pray that this phase will be over soon and I hope to have utilized it to its fullest.

A while ago I reflected that I don’t merit fulfilling the great Mitzvah of hosting guests. I didn’t know how to go about finding guests to host. I prayed to Hashem to help me fulfill this great Mitzvah. Hashem in His great compassion listened to my prayers and sent our way several opportunities to host guests. I’m especially grateful of meriting hosting regularly a needy Talmid Chochom.   Thank You Hashem.
